Dance Academy
Our Dance Academy has provided many exciting experiences for our students over the years and our dance competition teams have achieved many national & grand champion titles.
We have had performance opportunities at venues such as The London Palladium, The Royal Albert Hall, Her Majesty’s Theatre, Sadler’s Wells, Disneyland Paris, Disneyland California, and on cruise ships.
We offer competition teams from age 7+ in Jazz, Contemporary/Lyrical & Hip Hop. Our Open Jazz team have competed at the Dance Worlds in Florida for six years and have placed in the top ten each time. Their most recent achievement was placing 6th in Jazz and 5th in Contemporary/Lyrical.
Our Dance School director Beckie Gray, also manages/coaches Team England jazz who competed at the ICU World Championships in Florida for the first time in 2019 and gained an amazing 6th place.
Furthermore, for those looking to join our ‘Dance for Fun’ classes, children can join as young as 4 years old and have the option to take part in annual exams and showcases. If you’re a complete beginner looking to build on your dance skills, these classes are a great place to start.
